View Full Version : my sinuses are driving me insane

i have always had sinus trouble and allergies since a young age, but
a few weeks ago i started having some sinus pain and drainage.
now the pain is more substantial and mainly behind my nose and on the left side of my face near my eyebrow and check close to the nose. i seem to feel the pressure releived a bit when i raise my glasses off my nose, then shortly there after putting them back the pressure is back.
usually twice a week when i lay down to go to sleep (and i can usually tell if its going to be a good or bad night with my sinuses) between my cheek and nose begin to hurt really bad. also, i can feel pressure and pain in left side of the roof of my mouth. this pain usually radiates to my teeth on the left side. the only way to top stop the pain is to get up out the bed and walk around.
3 days ago i started drinking organic apple cider vinegar 2-3 times a day, as i heard it was good to help with sinus infections and mucus drainage. so far hardly any of the pressure is gone, but i have noticed alot more drainage of my sinuses. it seems to be that my nose and around my nose are sensitive to the touch and are very sensitive to pressure. my ears seem sensitive also too.

i'm just wondering if this could be the beginning of nasal polyps.

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I just started using this homeopathic stuff called NaturalCare SinuFix..it works pretty good but isn't a cure by any means.
