Hi, i forgot to mention.. sometimes when i get bad nerves i think, i have these thoughts that the person around me is hating on me or something, like talking bad... its just all in my head but i keep thinking they are thinking negative towards me.. i dont know if this is paranoid schizo or something else..?? does this make sense?

Hi gx :) Sometimes I feel vulnerable and occasionally feel like others think badly of me. If the worry over it consumes you, then I would say it is not healthy...if it helps you to keep a check on how you behave, then it might be a good thing. All of our mental health issues are only disorders when they affect our quality of life. Hope that helps :)

I get that sometimes to gxpark I am a laid back and quiet type person so I tend to seem shy or even stuck up which I am for sure not stuck up lol.I am not better then anyone else matter of fact most times I think im worse off then alot of others lol.Anyway,I know what you mean I think that sometimes too and sometimes it makes me very uncomfortable other times I just dont give a rip what anyone thinks.So I dont have many friends for example my husband is a vol fire fighter and even the cheif doesnt have much to say to me if anything but thats alright I just do my thing I got done with losing sleep over it all years ago. You will be alright we cant control what other people think and feel and I bet alot of times people really are not thinking badly of you.I dont :)

I don't know if you had another post, but with this one I can say you are not Schizophrenic. What you describe sounds more like anxiety rather than paranoia.

Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist? If so, ask him or her on what treatments are available. Sometimes certain therapy techniques, and even medications, can lessen those kinds of thoughts. If you don't have a P or T doc, talk to your primary care doctor and see where you can go to seek treatment.
