Does anyone else who suffers with anxiety also get PVC's. I am getting so many of them right now and it is making my anxiety worse. Does anyone have any advice for coping with them.?

Beta-blockers help...ask your doc about them :)

Yeah I get them too most times it a few here and there but I have periods time maybe a couple times a year where they carry on all night long and I cant sleep for weeks.Anyway at one time I was taking Lexapro and after about 2 months on those they were gone ahhhhhh I was sleeping good again.I do agree with srmom though on the beta blockers I have never taken them but know people who do and they help alot

I also agree with SRMom. I was on beta blockers for a year and they helped A LOT with my palpitations.

well, i get them every day. sometimes only once or twice. sometimes literally all day. like 30 times. i had a holter monitor and they showed up, but not as many as ai felt.. ??? weird.. anyway when i'm on antidepressants they get way less noticable. my doc says not to worry. i get them sometimes when i bend over, when i have sex, sometimes for no reason at all. the more you think about them, the worse they are. believe me!! amanda

What did the doc say about your holter monitor results?

she said the results were completely normal.. probably as good as hers would be.. i had a total of 15 pvc's. all single. she said nothing to worry about. some of the ones i recorded symptoms, my heart was beating perfectly. so, she said its probably just a release of adrenilin that i always feel, not heart skipping..
