I am suffering from head trembles. When I am still, my head is usually relaxed, but it can happen if I turn my head, or especially if I tilt my head back, or if I raise my head from a position of looking down. The biggest problem is that whenever I am face to face with someone, it occurs. I am unsure what is causing this. It can be very painful because I might be face to face with a friend, and my head will be violently trembling. I can't look people in the eyes anymore without this happening.

Hi
I dont know whats happening, try to find a GP doc who will take your problems seriously as a start
try some deep slow breathing this helps calm people
