does anyone have a high blood pressure and could the head pressure be caused by high blood pressure???? i am 23 but still think that i might have a high blood pressure i will check it tomorrow

I dont think high BP would cause it
do you mean lightheadedness? look it up on the net, anxiety often causes it
some anxiety sufferers have high BP, I do and take meds for it, but some have normal BP

Many anxiety sufferers have high blood pressure...I'm one of them. Mine isn't extremely high, but I'm out of the normal range. Sometimes I do feel like there is extra pressure in my head. I've been told I wouldn't be able to "feel" my blood pressure, but I disagree. I can always tell when my blood pressure is extra high. I recently went back on medication...Atenolol (a beta-blocker). Also, I used to get menstrual migraines and my BP would soar...is it possible your head pressure is related to your cycle?
