Im a very fit and active 18yo who does alot of exercise (both cardiovascular and muscular) and have done for past 5 years or so. Exercise may be jogging, running, walking bike, sprints and endurance stuff. I will mention that during term time I drink a fair but but thats about it. I eat a healthy diet.
For about the past 2 years Whenever I have had a good nights sleep (usualy in the holidays or on weekends) of about 11 or 12 hours or s oI will wake up and I will have not severe but uncomfortable chest pain. From what I know it is where my heart is situated. Below the sholder line and of centre to the left, but it does not throb at all. iut usual subsides after I get up and stimulate myself (shower , make breakfast ect) but will return if I only get up tp turn the radio on or somthing... I has kind of worried me a bit what do you reakon???
thanks
