About a month ago I began to shake when around people and I cant determine wheather or not this is anxiety, here is when these shakes occur.
Also if I think people are staring at me my walk will become clumsy.
BTW:If nervous my head will tremble

-When standing in line at a store
-Walking down the street and a car drives past
-Talking to someone I don't know

If this is indeed anxiety is there any medicine to help with these shakes or the awkward walking, because I am about to attend college and I don't want to go through this.

Please help

This does sound like anxiety...the standing in line at the store problem is super common for anxiety sufferers. I think the clumsiness happens because we are so tensed up our muscles make our movements harder. There are medicines and therapy you could see doctors about. If I were you, I would start with reading some books on anxiety and panic first, so you can really understand what is happening to you. Many of these books will also give you some helpful techniques so that you can help yourself to relax. Starting college, or anything new that is important, is always a little nerve-racking. Be sure to always breathe properly, deeply and slowly, so that you don't hyperventilate...this is a huge problem for us and much of the reason we experience physical symptoms from our worrying.
