I have a worker's comp. question and I was told we have a board for that, but I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find it. Maybe someone here can answer my question. I believe I need another MRI done on my neck as I believe a chiropracter has done further damage to my neck, do I have the right to request this? Thanks!!

Yes you do, but you will have to do so through the workmans comp doctors in order for them to pay for it.
I know many of people that use there own doctors but they have law suites agianst there employers. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! My lawyer keeps saying lets wait and see...in the meantime I am in so much pain and losing so many days. Seems like most all of the doctors around here are work comps so that part is easy, it's getting the referal that's hard. Thanks agian!!!
