Hi,
I feel like my eyes are getting a little tired lately, I was wondering if there were any vitamins or supplements I could take to "help them" ...
Thanks!

The best vitamin for the eyes is Lutein.
Billberry is also good.
But Lutein is by far the best.
You want to get atleast 20 MG Lutein.
Alot of Vitamin companies make 20 MG Lutein Vitamins.
I get the Nature's Bounty 20 MG Lutein vitamin.
Nature's Bounty just came out with a 40 MG Lutein vitamin.
I'v seen it in Walgreens.

Lutein is one of the two most common pigments (coloring agents) in the retina. It is believed to block out blue light and to protect retinal tissue from being damaged by light.
In older individuals, the layer of yellow pigment in the retina tends to become thinner, increasing the chance for age-related macular degeneration. (AMD)
Taking lutein may thicken the yellow layer.
In addition, lutein acts as an antioxidant to protect the interior of the eyes from damage by oxygen free radicals, natural chemicals produced in the body.
Some earlier evidence suggests that lutein may help prevent some types of glaucoma, as well. Further studies are being conducted to better understand lutein's possible role in glaucoma.

So, Lutein is the best?
What do you mean by "yellos lawyer" does it mean that the white of the eyes becomes more yellowish? ... I really have no idea about these stuff.
Thanks!

Its funny you mention yellow eyes.
This woman i used to work with.
Her eye layer went from white to yellow.
If something like this happens.
That means your Sick.
There isn't no vitamin that will help you with that.
She had bad lungs and had to get her lungs drained.
She had surgery to get her lungs drained and after the surgery her eye layer was white.
It was amazing.
Lutein is just a great vitamin for keeping the eyes healthy.
