I have been having off and on pains in my chest, left arm and back for about a month now. The doctors all said my heart is ok. For the last week i have been getting a burning in my throat and i guess heartburn it just comes and goes, but about 2-3 days ago i also am getting a pain that comes and goes to my jaw. Its not when i have the heart pain or anything it can be just the jaw pain alone. Does this sound like it could be my heart or just anxiety or maybe a ear or tooth problem??? I feel like a complete moron always worrying about my darn heart, i just cant shake the feeling that its more than anxiety.
