Has anyone had or heard any negative experiences with splenda? I have read all the wonderful information about it. It sounds to good to be true. I am sceptical about it, nutrasweet was thought to be harmless to till people started having neurologic problems and sensitivities. I know some of the retail forms have maltodextran,sugar alchols etc. But I have tried the just splenda form on a limited basis.
On a similar note I have used stevia and now am trying stevia with FOS (fructooligosaccharides)-it is much sweeter than stevia extract. I have not been able to find out exactly what FOS is. Anybody know? Thanks, Barb
