would you say i can substitue weight lifting with vigorous martial arts training
would it sustain my muscle mass and 6 pack

It depends on how much muscle you have and want to keep. Typically, martial arts is not at all resistance training. You can become incredibly strong, agile, and lean, but size tends to drop because of the very high cardiovascular/caloric demand.
