Tomorrow I am having surgery for a Talar Dome Lesion on my right ankle. This will be my fourth procedure of my right ankle/foot. The anxiety is setting in, partially because it will be done by a different doctor and out of town. He told me my ankle is a mess right now, so hopefully all will go well. I am sure that I will have plenty to report in the weeks ahead as I recover.
If anyone has last minute advice, would love to heard it, otherwise I think I am as prepared as I can be. Thanks -eko

Eko,
Good luck with your surgery, you are a vetran at this point and know what to do. Try to relax. Report back in when you can.

Surgery was yesterday, and I am home lounging in bed with ice packs and T-3's. The procedure took about 1.5 hours, I saw some pictures in recovery, the ones I could identify were the fragments that were removed. One piece was over 1 cm. I go back and see my doc in a week, until then I just get to heal.
