Hi, I am looking for a good Collagen supplement. I went on a site and there were so many to choose from. Does anyone know of a good one? I want it for my skin but in pill form. Thanks

I'd pick one with high Vitamin-C as this the master Collagen builder and also make sure the Bioflavanoids Rutin and Hesperdin are in it as they enhance Vitamin-C. And the Amino Acids L-Proline and L-Glycine are also important. And if you really want to enhance then add Grape Seed extract and Pycnogenol.......
