How long can you go without at least getting 60 grams of protein before you start to lose muscles? I mean, if you don't get a sufficient amount of protein, within 2 0r 3 days will you lose muscle? just curious!!!

It depends on too many factors to say. Things like weight, personal metabolism, how much muscle you have, activity level, activity type, quality of protein eaten and when... it would be vague at best. Do you have a slightly less hypothetical way to pose the question?

Just avoid doing it, there is nothing benefical to not eating protein unless for some very specific medical reason.
