I need to be able to bench press 80 lbs by June...I can do about 40lbs now (5 5" female, 142 lbs, med boned, 21 years old), someone said 10 reps of 3 is better for strengh than doing 3 reps of 10..any suggestions????????

oh so u meen sets, i would just aim for 3 sets of 4-6 reps, and once can do 4 sets of 6 add the weight
