Hi all,

First post here, hope it's not too inane for you :) Anyway, here's something I hoped some of you might be able to give me advice for:

I'm 27, am 5' 10" and am 177lbs, roughly 10lbs off my target weight (which I am working to correct through regular gym sessions and a more careful regulation of my diet). I have had periods of being a good few stone overweight in the past, but have always managed to pull it back to a reasonable degree. However, of late (for want of a better phrase), my face has became a bit...puffy and wide round the cheek area, and dammit, i want my cheekbones back! Do you think that the weight gain has had much of an effect on this state of affairs, or do other factors such as stress, lack of sleep or diet have a bearing on this? Or even just the dreaded onset of age? It's certainly a very annoying situation...

Thanks,

Nick
