I am a 53 year old woman. I have been taking multivitamins for years. Mostly GNC and local drugstore brands. In the last two months, I have decided to stop taking nexium, prozac, ambien, and some other parkinsons drugs that were prescribed for restless leg syndrome. I tapered gradually off prozac and just stopped the others. I have been prescribed so many others to control the RLS, but decided I could not function the next day, and I hated the way I felt. I have started out by taking B12, and magnesium and calcium citrate (as opposed to carbonate) because of probable lack of absorbtion--(some bone loss), flax oil and occasional meletonin. I am amazed to say that the RLS has decreased to a tolerable level. My question to you all is I am trying to fine tune my supplementation, and am not quite sure what to buy. There are so many natural supplements to chose from online, I get confused after a while. Any feedback would be appreciated. :) Gen
