I'm 23 male, 5'9 and about 185 lbs. I work out 3-5x a week not including 3 baseball games a week. Typical workout consists of a mile and a half run to warm up, and upper or lower body lifting. I have made significant gains on strength, but I can't seem to shed any weight or body fat. I've gone down maybe 1% in 3 months, and that only brought me to 25%. My legs and stomach are my biggest fatty areas, and my diet is decent(no fast food/overly fatty foods). I'm just stuck on trying to figure out how to get my weight back in order. Any help or ideas is appreciated

Diet absolutely has to be addressed here and probably increased cardio activity. Give some more detail on your diet, a day's sample of food ideally: food eaten, how much and times of day.

ya I would be increasing the cardio. you need to burn more calories. Weights are great but they dont burn a whole lot of calories compared to cardio.
