Hi, i'm an average normal 14 year old right? Well, i am currently going through depression. I recently did a few things i'm not totaly proud of and ever since then, i've been in deep depression. I don't talk to anyone, i lock myself in my room. I often cry. Now, i know there is no real cure for depression but i was really wondering if anybody could give me tips or something like that that would help me through this session in my life.
Please help.
I can not bear this feeling anymore.

why dont you talk to us and tell us what has you so upset? maybe we can help you in that manner. we have ALL done things as teenagers that we later were not proud of. we will listen and do what we can to help you....but you have to talk to us, so that we can understand what you are going through.

I've gone through the same thing, and the only way out of depression for me was God. He saved me. I prayed and asked him to help me. I read verses and in turn He healed my heart, forgave and loved me despite of what I did which gave me so much hope. Anyways, thats what helped me. But honestly no matter what you did, what you do doesn't define or even show the person you are, what you've done is in the past and you can move on from that. I hope you feel better soon as I know how you feel and hate that anyone has to go through it! I know you'll get through this. I think talking helps, and accepting yourself, and if you did something to hurt someone make peace with them.

Well there is medication (but i know what you're saying). You'll have to see a counselor or someone. But if you can get through it yourself I'm sure thats much better. Maybe you have someone in your life that you completely trust? Talk to them. Whatever you do don't give up. You WILL feel better I promise you that.
