MaxOT26 04-25-2006, 06:59 PM squats, deadlifts, bench presses, barbell curls, pull ups, bent over rows, leg presses, stifflegged deadlifts, lying tricep extentions, cable tricep pushdowns, military presses, upright rows, and barbell shrugs. These exercises are all great for building muscle. You need to make sure you are consuming protein every 2 hours. I suggest you get a good meal replacement, definitely a whey protein supplement, creatine, and glutamine. These will definitely aid you in building muscle. |
