I get cold sores is that what Genital Herpes looks like ? I have a series of bumps on my scrotum, they look more like little pimples not anything like a cold sore. Is this what an outbreak looks like ??

Everyone has different symptoms. They can be bumps, blisters, rashes or nothing at all. Some people also get flu-like symptoms. Are they itchy or painful? You'd be best off getting it checked out. I had just 2 small red bumps that went away in 2 days but the "uncomfortableness" in my genital region has lasted 2 weeks.
