View Full Version : Eyebrow waxing causing drooping skin?

Hi,
Just heard a really strange rumour that eyebrow waxing is thought to cause the drooping and sagging of the skin around the eyelids and brow bone.

I think this is nonsense as I was always taught that the only thing that causes sagging skin is the fact that collagen and elastin aren't being produced as much through age!!

Any thoughts anybody?
Would be greatfully received.
Cheers,
Natasha

I really do not know the answer, but, I would think repeat procedures may put such a tug/pull on the skin that it could become stretched and then droop over time. Just my thoughts on the subject.
