I have worked out for many years and have done squats, lunges, leg press, etc until the cows come home. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a new leg workout for me. I'm looking to bulk up or anything, just stay toned. I'm totally burned out on my leg workout and I think I've hit a plateau with my weight training. I usually do 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps. I have tried doing walking lunges while holding a medicine ball above my head and those are great, but I find I just keep doing the same thing in regards to lunges, squats, leg press, leg extension, etc. I try to read magazines to get ideas, but a lot of them just have the same old exercies. HELP!!!

Try doing a superset workout. Superset squats with leg curls, and lunges with leg extentions. I promise it will bring in some new intensity to your leg workouts. Not to mention you can knock it out in about 20mins.
