Hi! I'm new to this board - I've been over on the chronic pain board and found this through it.

I've got a SSD hearing coming up. Can any of you give me some idea of what it will be like? Any help would really be appreciated!

Usually they ask some normal questions, like, what type of work you have done and for how long. Your pain tolerance. Your education. Your age, etc. Then they will have a Vocational Expert answer questions from the ALJ and your Atty. as well. My best advise is to be honest. Because all your medical evidence will say alot.
