So here is what I eat about everyday. I eat about every three or four hours. For non workout meals I eat two 93/7 lean hamburgers it is about 180 grams and I eat about 70 grams of noodles plain. For my meal about a hour before workout I have a protein shake (about 40 grams protein) and then I eat a couple of bananas or 1 banana and some red grapes. After workout I drink another shake and the same thing with bananas and grapes. About an hour before I go to bed I eat a smart choice meal with about 20 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbs. I take a multivitamin before bed. I work out about 5 days a week and do cardio about 3 times a week. Every now and then I will eat grilled chicken instead of the beef. I am not sure if this is healthy but I know that it works. In about two months I have lost 10 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. I wasnt really out of shape either when I started.

Except for the beef, that's very healthy - although I would add some more vegetables in there for nutrition. If you have to have beef, go for leaner beef, but ground turkey breast and chicken breast or even fish are better choices - less overall fat, specifically saturated fat.

I mean im eating 93/7 lean meat, that is basically as lean as you can go, right?

I dont think so. My grocery store carries 96/4 "Extra lean" ground beef. Even then, Id recommend more variation with some leaner meats, if only for general and long term health benefit.
