I just had a baby about 7 weeks ago and I want to get back down to my weight. I made a BIG mistake in my pregnancy by eating a lot of sweets so that caused me to gain 60lbs during my pregnancy. I went from 130lbs to 190lbs, now I am 165lbs and I want to get to 140lbs. Does anyone know that fastest way to lose this weight, naturally.

There is no fast way, the faster you lose the waight the faster it'll come back on. The healthy way to do it is to lose about 2lbs a week. You want to eat healthy meaning not alot of processed foods, stay away from sweets and alot of heavy carbs. Start exercising atleast 30 mins a day even if its just walking to start out, add in some weight training and you should be down to your goal weight in no time.
