I have a treadmil and use it at least 4 times a week.When I really get a burst I also do a workout video(not as much and I know I should do that more)I am trying to lose 50 lbs. and would like to add a piece of equipment but which would be better an elliptical or the total body gym?I've been reading that it helps adding weights so I was thinking since I had a treadmill(for cardio)would the gym be the better bet since that is for strength?Or is there a better a better home gym?Thankyou very much,Jennifer

Since you already have a treadmill, I'd go for the total body gym. You ought to have some cardio and some strength training in your program, and two pieces of cardio equipment is excessive if you do not have anything for strength training.
