I am wanting to take Omega 3 supplements for my arthritis and asthma, as both conditions relate to inflammation. I bought a bottle the other day that has 380 mg. of Omega 3 EPA and 190 mg. of Omega 3 DHA. The suggested dosage is one with each meal. Is this a supplement that I can increase the dosage without any side affects? Thanks.

If you want to take say 2 pills with each meal instead of 1, you'll have no problems whatsoever. Just make sure you know that every time you double the dosage you will halve the time it takes you to go through the bottle. But other than that there isn't anything to worry about.

Also try to reduce the omega-6 fatty acids as these are pro-inflammatory.(except evening primrose) They are in most baked products and in grain fed meats and eggs. Just don't go overboard on fish oil as it does thin the blood.....
