View Full Version : loosing weight/getting shaped with fast walking?

I love doing cardio like crosstrainer.
I also like the treadmill but not jogging or running.
I am 175lbs and it is hard for me to run. So I do fast walking for about 30min and then crosstrainer + weights afterwards.
So just with fast walking and inclining can I achive loosing weight/shaping my body?
My nutrition is not my problem anymore, for about 2 months I eat very healthy.

I want to loose weight on my legs and tummy.

Do your weights first, then walk at a brisk pace with as much incline as you're able. That will definitely work for helping you to lose weight. :)
