I have been working out continuously for the last 6 months. I know I have muscle but I can't seem to get rid of the light flabby stuff on top. I want to look CUT. Let me know if anyone can help. With a diet plan or a different cardio thing that does more. I dont' know.

It take time so don't worry about it. It took me a long time to look cut so don't worry. In time the flabby suff will go away, but don't overwork yourself into thinking that if you work out more the flab will go away. Overworking yourself is bad, I learned from personal experience.

On an average workout. I do weights for a half an hour then at least 45 minutes of cardio. For Example:
Monday - Abs/Calves
Tuesday - Bis/Shoulders
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Chest/Tris
Friday - Back
I'm not big I only weigh 135. I have torn my shoulder that effects my upper body workouts now. Other then that I'm a healthy human being. Could my body be in a workout rut??

You may need to change up your workout a bit. But first... What does your diet look like? Post your stats (height/weight/sex) and a sample day of food for you with food eaten, amount and time of meals.

training calves and legs two days apart might not be great, might need more rest, id combine back with legs and give yourself an extra day of rest in there somewhere. i had the problem with cardio affecting my weight gains, you must make sure your nutrition is in order if you do cardio and weights, sounds like you might be starving your muscles after you break them down and they are not able to rebuild as good with what you give them.
