Hello, my doctor prescribed me seroquel today to help me sleep at night and because of my compulsive anxiety. I am also taking 300 mg of effexor everyday. Has anyone had any POSITIVE experiences with seroquel?

It is supposed to help with sleep in small doses, as you mentioned, and anxiety. One source says that it is very helpful for sleep, and you may want to start out small on the dose (if it's not a capsule, and if it is approved for breaking). let us know how it goes, k?
