i have been grinding my teeth for a while .
I'm getting a night guard from my dentist tomorrow.
i doesn't seem like i have any loose teeth or broken ones.
but still to be on the safe side i wanted to know if there is a treatment or a product that makes yours teeth stronger .
and i wanted to do if i still might incounter dental work in the future becaus i grinded for a while.
thanks

You are doing the right thing getting a night guard. Over time grinding (without the guard to protect your teeth) can lead to broken teeth, root canals, headaches, jaw pain, and TMJ problems. I have TMJ and my grinding makes it AWFUL. I am getting a splint for the night and one for the day (invisible of course) to ease the pressure on my jaw.
I don't think you have anything to really worry about. The night guard will help a lot.
Good luck :)
