well i have a little plauqe left over from a scailing and my mouth still smells after a little while, is there a way i can keep my mouth smelling fresh for a long while till my next scailing in 3 weeks? i was thinking spray but just dont know..
btw the plauqe buildup moved my teeth around with the help of me grinding A LOT made them a little loose, lucky for me there was no bone loss, what will the dentist do to make them still again, (forgot to ask)

If you had a "deep cleaning" hopefully the pockets around your teeth will get smaller as the gums tighten around the tooth again, now that the plaque has been removed. I use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria from the tongue, another source of bad breath. You might want to put a drop of tea tree oil on your toothbrush, but just a drop, it helps keep you breath fresher longer. But it isn't a cure, just a "cover up".
