Im not sure how much information you need from me... but i will post my symtoms and I hope someone can help :)

I am a 35 year old male. 190lbs

I will leave the history out for now... but basicly...

I get this feeling like someone is touching my left peck right on the skin.. i can ignore it by simply puting my hand on it... but normally this is followed by hot flashes and i feel dizzy...

one night it happened three times. it so far, only has occured at night (eve).

This had caused me to go through a panic attack... because i thought it was my heart...

But after taking my blood pressure reading after it was 130/80. I realized it was ok.. (im taking Ramipril for High BP)

can anyone give me any idears?

does rubbing or massaging the area make any difference, try covering it with sticking plaster
try to find a doc who will take you seriously and get checked out

ask if your BP med is a beta blocker type, this is the best type for anxious people
