Hi all

At the moment I have a strange rash over my hands, my left is worse, with a little on the bottom of my foot... All over my finger tips, and spreading down my fingers and now over my palm and top of my hands, I have these little "bubbles". They are filled with a clear liquid, and are extremely itchy. My finger tips were the first, and after the bubbles went away, the top layers of skin died and has now peeled off, but now it is spreading!
I have had eczema since I was a child, and it runs in the family. This particular strife I have been getting about twice a year for the past 9 years, and comes and goes independent of my other eczema.. Each time it returns it gets worse.
Does anybody have any idea what this is exactly, and any idea to help it from coming back, or minimally..?
I can't pin it to diet or external stressors either...

Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated
