I just got a copy of a lumbar MRI, I have had severe lumbar pain for a long time...they have tried everything short of surgery. Does anyone know anything about any of the following:
-Posterior hypertrophic spurring
-circumferential disc bulge
-thickening of the ligamentum flavum
-bilateral facet hypertrophy
-moderate spinal stenosis
-bilateral lateral recess stenosis
bilateral facet gypertrophy

My doctor went on vacation for a month so I won't see him to know what most of the above means. I have been going on line...but would rather speak with people who have any of the above.
