Yes, diabetes can affect your mood. I am a type II,
eat sugar free, eat every 2-3 hours as my BS will drop! I get irritable. I also get angry at times because I feel like I have no control over my life.
Everything revolves around the disease. I have other conditions that cause fatigue and depression, too.
(Osteoarthritis, PMS/PMDD) I find that I decide to
do something and then change my mind 3 hours later,
because of mood changes. I get depressed when my day
didn't go as planned or sometimes when blood sugar is
low, and I didn't eat on time.
