i have tingling around my mouth on my face and kind of down my neck and on top of my forearms? Along with ankle weakness(the only way I know how to describe it) Anyone have this or something like it?

Need to get the tingling checked out.Mine turned out a complete surprise after the tingling left side of face went numb a cat scan showed brain tumor that was removed in March still have a little tingling sure gets your attention. Hope your is nothing but good to know.
