i have tingling around my mouth on my face and kind of down my neck and on top of my forearms? Along with ankle weakness(the only way I know how to describe it) Anyone have this or something like it

I don't know, but I have the same thing (usually when I urinate). It's a sensation that I feel on the right side of my body. It doesn't happen often, but I have felt it ever since I was a child.
