I'm twenty years old and I've been diabetic for about ten years, and I'm just now getting on an exercise routine. Terrible, I know. I've started walking for exercise today. I walked about two miles in thirty minutes, and I'm wondering what the best time/distance is for the ultimate effect in health and weight loss. Can anyone give me an idea? Thanks!

Hi. I think that walking 40-60 minutes, at least 4 times a week, is beneficial.
