Hi there,

Just wondering: I posted about my condition on the "foot problems" forum & got a reply about it *possibly* being a sign of diabetes?????

'cos for a few years now, the bottom of both feet tend to peel off at times, each round enough to fill an adult clenched fist. I'm fine, with no medical problems whatsoever (well, mebbie not 100% but close).

Can someone tell me if that is so? THANKS.

Hi. I'm the one that posted about diabetes on the foot board. My father was diabetic (as am I) and his feet and hands were always peeling badly and his doctor said that it had to do with poor circulation from the disease. I wasn't trying to scare you or freak you out with my other post, but it is something to consider. Your best bet would be to get a full checkup from a doctor to find out exactly what the problem is as it could be a fungus or something else.
