Can anyone recommend a calcium citrate/magnesium supplement that has at least 500 mg of calcium citrate in it? Most of the products I'm looking at require 4 tablets per day, but I'm wondering if there is a 2 tablet a day product out there? I'm so tired for taking so many pills every day :)

The only one i can think of is Cal/Mag Citate 500 mg per capsule by KAL as i do not take Calcium so im not well versed on Calcium Products/Brand Names. Although your best bet would be to go to a health food store and talk to a store employee who can help you on your search....

Look for 1000mg in 4 tablets and then only take 2.

I like Ezorb Calcium (has to be purchased on line). It is supposedly the most absorbable calcium and doesn't require the presence of Mag, vit. D, or anything else to be absorbed. If you are taking regular calcium, the thought now is that one should take cal and mag at separate times because one will interefere with the other; hence, another reason to consider Ezorb.

The Kal is a good choice.
Another great choice is the Solaray.
Its also Calcium citrate.
Its a capsule, so its easy to swallow.
Its 1000 MG, 200 IU Vitamin D, 500 MG Magnesium Citrate.
I would stay away from the Caltrate calcium.
They put chemicals and sugar in there.
Some of the incredients are.
Vegetable Oil, FD&C Yellow 6
Sucrose (Adds a Negligible Amount of Sugar),
