Hey all,

My girlfriend just tested positive for latent TB. It has been verified by a chest x-ray. I'm just wondering if I should get tested myself as I am quite close to her. We share drinks, food, kiss, etc.


I haven't experienced any symptoms yet. I tested negative last year. Just a little concerned.

I don't have an answer for you but I am curious about this too. My mom has a lung disease and I know someone tested + for TB and I am not sure if I can see this person without causing a problem for my mom. I am curious about the answers. :)

I didnt think latent TB showed up on a chest x-ray :confused: can anyone enlighten me?
