I have read a ton of the older messages regarding the mixture of Jojoba Oil and Vit E. It states to use 4oz of Jojoba Oil and 1oz of Vit E. That's pretty simple.

I have the Natural E 400 (100% natural mixed tocopherols). Does anyone know how many capsules of this Vit E I should use?
