I came across another message board that may have been from Canada. It talked about taking B12 shots and Lipotropics/HCG. I have NEVER heard of this, but people are having sucess with it, better than phentermine! Is this illegal here, because someone was talking about shipping it to america and asking if it was illegal?
I'm very interested in this combo of drugs that may work.

From What I understand, the B12 Shots have no effect an weightloss at all. They are used by the DR Bernstein Weightloss clinics, they use them because they basically put you on an 800 calorie a day diet and you need the B12 Shots to get enough nutrients for the day.

Basically a stronger version of Lecithin. For fat loss forget it. Lipotropics ''might'' help remove fatty deposits in artery's and fatty liver disease so thats about all they do. Its a lot cheaper by buying Lecithin...........

I just got finished trying them for 3 weeks. There is a clinic here in Wisconsin that offers them. The injections have a fat burner in them called lipovite. I had injections twice a week with no results. I stopped them because I was having terrible headaches and was very irritable.
I do know that alot of of people here are getting great results (which is why I gave it a shot), but they are combining the shots with appetite suppresents.

very strange considering doctors give b shots in order to increase appetite in people. ONe of my friends who has a daughter two years older than my oldest daughter but she looked about 5 years younger,,,,,,had a poor appetite too. So the doc thought he'd try the B shots once a week.....not only did she gain weight but actually started growing. Her mom Debra said she even ask for seconds sometimes which was so unlike her. Thats why it doesn't make sense to me to take it for any type of dieting strategy.
