I sit in the kitchen in an office chair, and the dishwasher is running. We have hardwood floors, and I rest my foot on the floor. I feel the vibes, and it hurt, worse than anything, I was so raw, and I don't cry, but I cried. Similar experience in the van, foot on floor, tranny vibes hurt. So I want to keep it up. But, I saw this article, and it reminded me some of you have mentioned having "bone stimulation", and I wonder if it is vibration???

If it is, I may just wash the dishes again!!! Honestly, I'd appreciate anyone who has had this therapy describing it. Kim

I guess I'll keep my foot off the floor for now. I just thought the idea of creating many tiny fractures to stimulate repair was cool. Scary, though, if it weren't carefully monitored. I wonder if the actual treatment administered is painful at all?
I don't have osteopenia, but I am, at 39 and running out of 39, trying very hard to build up what I can now, knowing these changes only get harder, LOL. Thanks for sharing. Take care. Kim
