I was happy to see this on the board! I have heard really good things about this program and have purchased tapes from a popular auction site(you know the one!) Anyways, I am starting the boot camp that Teresa Tapp recommends which is 14 straight days to get a jump start , and her brushing technique tomorrow. She has her own forum ,which has helpful tips and people relating their own experiences with T-Tapp you might want to check out. Did you purchase her tapes or are you asking because you are considering it? If you would like , I can post my progress and results on this bootcamp.
Do you mind if I ask..do you have alot of weight to lose, or are you just wanting to tone up? Are you interested in the exercise program only or the skin brushing/cellulite program as well? Have you heard anything about this program, or know anyone who has done it?? Thanks!

I ordered the basic workout with the stepping program. I didn't get the brushing system yet, but I am VERY interested. I don't know anyone personally who uses this system, but have read very positive things (and success stories). Ideally, I would like to lose about 45 lbs. From the success stories I've read, the loses reported have been more in inch loss than in pounds (since muscle weighs more than fat). Inch loss would be a huge blessing :)
I'm looking at starting this weekend. I want to do the 14 day bootcamp also. I'm going to do my best to stick with that, but with 2 kids, some days it's hard to get it all done (work, homework, supper, dealing with a 2 yr old who is ALL boy :) ) I've read about people who, even though they missed a day or two of the bootcamp, still had great results in the end. I'm spending these next few days reviewing the technique and listening to the seminar.
Good luck to you and please do post your progress.......

I just started T-tapp about 1 week ago. I did go to a t-tapp workshop last weekend just to make sure I had proper form. It is quite a workout when done correctly. I felt muscle soreness in my back shoulder blades that I didn't know I had. I am doing a 14 day bootcamp so I will measure 2 days after that ends. They say to wait 2 days cuz of muscle swelling. I hope it works as well as they say. I will post my results then. Let me know if you start and how you make out with it.
