I have 2 areas of concern. I have a small bump with a tiny skin lesion on top of it under my left armpit. It doesnt hurt or anything.

The second area of concern is a bump with a skin lesion on top of it under my right armpit. This one is a littler farther down. It now appears that the lesion is really tiny and almost gone on the rightside bump. The bump is dark red and light red around it. I think because I felt it there and I picked at it couple days go.

So is it dangerous to have bumps under your armpits with skin lesions on top of the bumps? Is it also dangerous to pick the bumps or lesions?

I got bloodtests done so I dont think I got a disease...
