I understand why you posted here! Yes, Obesity is unfortunately a huge side effect, no pun intended, of PCOS. I have slugged with weight issues for years. Unfortunately, PCOS causes instability with blood sugar levels therefore causing weight issues. First and foremost, you have to get your blood sugar stable. Check with your doctor for the best options for you. Good luck.
